I’m talking about The Nine Live of Chloe King, a television series that centers on Chloe King who is a teenager who discovers she has special cat-like powers, including nine lives, superhuman speed, strength, hearing, agility, night vision and the ability to extend her nails like cat claws. When Chloe realizes a mysterious figure is shadowing her, she goes on to uncover that she is a descendant of an ancient race called the Mai. She discovers she has 9 lives and is told by Jasmine and Alek that she may be the key to protecting the race from human assassins who have hunted them for thousands of years.
But all the fun and excitement were gone when she realize that there’s no game of having such powers at all, and let’s not forget the dangers she have faces just to protect herself and love ones. Too much for a sweet sixteen right?
This week (August 9, 2011), meet the new guy in town who is a visiting member of the New York pride. His is Zane, the hot date of Jasmine, though I wonder if it is really a date or a meeting. But anyway, Paul offers Alek some advice about Chloe. When Alek wants to show Chloe what she means to him, he instead finds himself having to deal with Brian.
