Suburgatory
Suburgatory Season 1 Episode 2: The Barbecue – Who wouldn’t hate the world if you realize that your father decided to move you out from the place that gives you happiness. The place where neon lights can be seen everywhere; where being hippie and wearing black lipstick is simply a regular view. High rises of buildings, taller establishments that will glamour those people who had fat bank account. And let us not forget the favorite place of the teens where they can hang-out and have some awesome party (you know what I mean). Life in the city is fun yet, sometime this is also the reason why parents and daughter relationship becomes weak. For a father who only wanted the best for his child, George Altman never had the second thought of moving to their life and seek a new future in a suburb place. His daughter may not like the idea of living a life far from what she used to be but George believes that later her daughter Tessa Altman will find this place much better than their old life.
Last week, Suburgatory premieres its pilot episode wherein Single dad George (Jeremy Sisto) decides to move him and his 16 year old daughter Tessa (Jane Levy) out of New York and into the suburbs, where George hopes that the move will help him get closer with his daughter. However, Tessa is too horrified by all the big-haired, fake-boobed mothers and over-manicured lawns, to bond with her father. What is great upon its premiere date is that it earns an enormous amount of 9.81 millions of U.S. viewers. Such a very good start ended. It only shows that everybody loves this kind of heartwarming stories that even the father himself will be touch of how George wonderfully manage his role as a single father to his teenage daughter.
Up next, the pressure may started to form as Tessa finds herself attracted to her exact opposite, Ryan Shay (played by Parker Young) the jock next-door neighbor while her father George is pressured into throwing a barbeque in the all new Suburgatory Season 1 Episode 2: The Barbecue.
