Yes it was startling to know that there are kingdoms protected not by rocky wall but instead covered with thick strong wall of ice. That is really outlandish and really people might ask; does it really exist? Then you’ll get confused but then again, it was all true on George R. R. Martin’s A Song of Ice and Fire series of novels. The story is like driven in the old history wherein magic do exist, dragon eggs, realms who let hundred of their men’s battle for the sake of their thrones and here comes the iron throne that every king wanted to have and what is more chilling is the way how kings punishes those who goes against them. They simply cut their enemies head, yep and mind you guys, it was no big deal at all.
As the Game of Thrones started the game last week, fans sees how exciting and bloody the series was but of course the story was really interesting and it makes me crave to glimpse the next account. Set to unleash this coming April 24, 2011, the game that never fades and legends that never stop are about to stood still.
The silent fight between those kings who had their own beliefs and dirty games continues in the Game of Thrones episode 2: The Kingsroad. This time, the wedding fever was off, some secrets already revealed while Eddard “Ned” Stark journey is just starting. But who really is Ned? On the pilot episode of the series, we have met him as the patriarch of House Stark, one of the major noble houses of the Seven Kingdoms of Westeros and ancestral rulers of the North, noble man, loving husband to his wife and children and of course. He had five children and one bastard named Jon Snow. He had this strong character that can make men knell upon him but deep inside is a soft heart he been trying to hide.
But enough for some chit-chat and ready your glass for another cheers of excitement. The second episode of the series is geared to brought-out new things to see and battle to look after. It deals with King Robert and his entourage head south with Ned Stark and his daughters Sansa and Arya. While on the road, Arya gets into trouble with prince Joffrey, which leaves Ned with a difficult decision to make. Meanwhile, Jon Snow and Tyrion Lannister head off to the Wall in the north, the former to join the Night’s Watch and the latter for curiosity. In Essos, Daenerys is learning what it means to be married to a Dothraki warlord and it was more than just making herself sink in a boiling water. In Winterfell, Bran Stark is fighting for his life after his fall. Actually it was not an accident at all and you know that for sure but who cares? I mean, no one ever wanted to go deeper and wish for their death earlier.
